Please include the following information so we may serve you better:

  • Platform (Mac OS, Windows 95, Windows NT)
  • Operating system version
  • Version of FileMaker Pro you're using
  • What button you clicked or what menu item you chose to cause the error
  • The wording of any error dialogs you received

We respond to most technical support email within 24 hours - and our goal is to respond within 6 hours.
